In this three part series, you will learn how to utilize the therapeutic aspects of this art form I call Polymovement. It can help you gain strength and endurance, better balance and coordination, increase ranges of motion, internal energy and uplift your spirit. Be prepared to move in ways you never thought possible. We will discuss the goal behind each of the movements and prepare our minds and bodies to move with open and play intention.  If your looking for a  fresh, fun and new challenge, try this intro Polymovement workshop!</p>

<li><strong>Saturday September 18th 1-4PM</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>Urban chi: a fun way to increase internal energy, body awareness, and synovial fluid production with free flowing exercises.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Saturday October 9th 1-4PM</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>Cardio uprockin and downrockin: cardiovascular exercises to build endurance, flexibility, and core strength while exploring movement on the ground.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Saturday November 13th 1-4PM</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>Strength building power move basics: increase balance, stability, and full body strength with playful intention.</p>
<p>Cost: Each 3 hour session is $45. A package of all 3 sessions is $120.</p>
