1) Polymovement Work-out

Polymovement is multi-movement art discipline that engages the mind, body, and soul into a therapeutic strength, agility and cardiovascular exercise. A basic Polymovement session would begin with a low to moderately intense warm-up, then gradually increase from moderate to a more intense physically challenging series of exercises. The cool down would consist of core stability and stretching exercises. Polymovement utilizes the intergration of movement incorporating martial arts, core exercises, and urban dance. A Polymovement session is a great way to get an excellent full body workout, burn calories, gain agility, balance, and rhythm using natural exercise in fun way.


1 on 1 Personal Training
During a private or semi-private personal training session we assess your current fitness level and design a program that will help you achieve the new fitness level you desire. This includes Fitness Consultation, Fitness Assessment, and Program Design.


Small Group Fitness Class
Small group fitness sessions are designed for 6 to 8 people. This class utilizes a Polymovement workout, (see definition above) lasting anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes. Beginner, intermediate and advance levels classes are available. Check the events page for start dates, times and location.
